Solismere exclusively serves the Singapore market. Our services, including free delivery and professional customer support, are available only to individuals residing within this region. We do not accept orders or facilitate shipments to locations outside of Singapore.

Order Fulfillment and Logistics

We aim for efficiency in getting our footwear to your home. Our standard delivery timeline spans 2 to 3 business days. This period includes 1 business day dedicated to order packaging and preparation for dispatch.

Once your package leaves our facility, our logistics partners handle the final transport to your doorstep. We provide free shipping for every order, ensuring the price you see on the product page is the final amount required for your purchase.

Payment Policy

To provide a straightforward transaction process, Solismere operates solely on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. We collect the full payment in person at the time of delivery. There are no hidden fees, extra handling charges, or shipping costs added to your total at the doorstep.

Please ensure the exact amount is ready when our logistics partner arrives to complete the handover of your footwear.

Cancellation Policy

You possess the right to cancel your order at any time while the product remains in our possession. However, once the item is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the cancellation window closes.

At that stage, the delivery process must be completed. We encourage you to reach out to our support team immediately if you decide to cancel an order shortly after placement.

Returns and Replacements

We offer a 30-day return policy that begins the day you receive your package. This policy applies specifically to instances where you receive an incorrect item or footwear that arrived with damages. If such an event occurs, please contact us at contact@solismere.com. We will arrange a pickup from your Singapore location at no additional cost to you.

Upon the item's arrival at our facility, our team requires 24 hours to inspect its condition. Following this inspection, we will arrange for a replacement of the original item. If a replacement is unavailable or the damage is beyond repair, we will proceed with a full refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests due to a change of mind. We ask that you finalize your selection only when you are completely sure about the purchase.

Refund Procedure

Since we operate via COD, we do not possess your banking details. In the event of an approved refund, our team will contact you via email to request the necessary bank transfer information. Once we receive these details, we initiate the transfer.

It typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, though this timeline depends on your specific banking provider's processing speed. We do not apply any restocking fees for returned items that meet our criteria.
